To help you visualize your ad, here’s how the sizes compare to a standard sheet of paper (8.5" x 11"):

• Full Page Ad – 7.5" wide x 9" high
  Fits nicely within the printable area of a regular sheet with some margin space around it.

• Half Page Ad (Horizontal) – 7.5" wide x 4.3" high
  Takes up the bottom or top half of a full-page layout, great for concise messages or photos.

Please create your artwork to the exact size of the ad you are selecting. 

• Acceptable file formats: Press optimized (high resolution) .pdf, .jpg, or .png (please do NOT send Microsoft Office files.)

• If you are submitting your ad as a PDF, please ensure that it is a high-resolution PDF (at a minimum 150 ppi but BEST recommendation and preferred 300 dpi); and prior to converting the ad to PDF, please be sure to convert all fonts to outlines. 

• All images should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at 100 percent 

• All images should be .png or .jpg files. Pict and gif files are low-resolution web image files and will not reproduce well for print publication. Please do not copy and paste images from a program into a page layout program, as this will compromise the quality and resolution of the image. Only import or place images through a page layout program.

**Note: Final print dimensions are still being finalized to ensure the highest quality for our printed ad books. If adjustments are needed for print, we will notify all advertisers with plenty of time to update artwork if necessary.

• Upload your camera-ready artwork as a .pdf, .jpg, or .png presentation/image file type via Google form

• The file naming convention must be beaufirstname_beaulastname_adsize_purchaserlastname.extension

Example:  Natasha Jackson submits her half page PDF ad file for beau Aaron Richmond.  Her upload file name would be Aaron_Richmond_half_Jackson.PDF

• Ads submitted on behalf of the entire event or for multiple beaux would list "Beau 2025" as the beau last and first name.

Example:  Natasha Jackson submits her full-page PDF ad file for the event.  Her upload file name would be Beau_2025_full_Jackson.PDF

Camera-ready artwork and/or logo that is print ready and follows the specifications listed in the section above will be uploaded via the electronic form. Uploading issues can be reported to sabbeautillion2025@gmail.com Please carefully review the ad with finalization for accuracy, as we will not be responsible for post-submission edits including typos, spelling errors or inaccurate content. Required with each submission is the Beau Name, Your Contact Information (name, email and phone number), and date of submission.

Upload camera ready and artwork no later than Monday, November 3, 2025. Digital ads received after the deadline may not be published in the digital souvenir journal.  Content of ads must be in keeping with the mission of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated. The Missouri City-Sugar Land Chapter reserves the right to reject or edit any advertising contrary to the mission of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated.
